This Privacy Policy explains how Qualifyr Leads LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Qualifyr Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, landing pages, advertising campaigns, forms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Qualifyr Leads is a performance lead generation business. We run our own marketing campaigns and funnels, collect information from people who express interest in products or services, and match that interest to the client businesses we work with. Because sharing and selling lead information is central to what we do, please read the section titled “How We Share and Sell Lead Information” carefully.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact and business information you provide. When you request a quote, book a strategy call, submit interest through one of our campaigns, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing or service address, and details about your needs, project, or the service you are interested in.
• Consumer inquiry information. When a consumer submits a form through one of our advertising campaigns or landing pages, we collect the details they provide (such as name, contact information, and the information relevant to the offer they responded to).
• Communications. Records of your emails, calls, text messages, and other correspondence with us.
• Automatically collected data. When you use our Services, we and our analytics and advertising providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and similar data, including through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Analytics” below).

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, provide, and improve our Services and campaigns;
• Respond to your inquiries, quotes, and strategy-call requests, and communicate with you;
• Qualify, verify, and match consumer inquiries to appropriate client businesses;
• Deliver leads and related information to the client businesses we work with;
• Measure and optimize the performance of our advertising and funnels;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How We Share and Sell Lead Information

This is the core of our business, and we want to be plain about it. When a consumer submits their information through one of our campaigns, landing pages, or forms, we share and/or sell that information to the client business or businesses they are matched with, so those businesses can contact the consumer about the product or service they expressed interest in. Depending on the campaign, we may share a lead with a single matched business or with more than one.

Under certain U.S. privacy laws, this activity may be considered a “sale” of personal information or the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. In exchange for leads we generate, we may receive compensation from client businesses on a cost-per-lead, revenue-share, or similar basis.

We may also share information with:

• Client businesses that purchase or receive the leads we generate;
• Service providers and vendors that support our operations (for example, hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, customer relationship management, and fraud prevention);
• Advertising and analytics partners that help us run and measure campaigns;
• Legal and safety recipients, where we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public; and
• Business transferees, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Right to Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of Your Information

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email us at hello@qualifyrleads.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” Please include enough detail for us to identify and locate your information.

Additional Rights

Subject to applicable law and verification of your identity, you may also have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking a strategy call, or otherwise providing your contact information through our Services, you agree that Qualifyr Leads and the client business or businesses you are matched with may contact you by phone, email, and text message (SMS) at the contact information you provide, including through automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and automated text messages, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and offering related products or services. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at hello@qualifyrleads.com. Withdrawing consent as to Qualifyr Leads does not automatically withdraw it as to a client business you have already been matched with; contact that business directly to opt out of its communications.

Cookies and Analytics

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate our Services, remember preferences, measure and improve performance, and support advertising. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function. Where required, we honor browser-based opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including delivering leads, operating our business, resolving disputes, and complying with our legal obligations, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at hello@qualifyrleads.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Third-Party Sites and Businesses

Our Services may link to, or result in your information being provided to, third-party websites and client businesses that we do not control. This Policy does not govern the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any business that contacts you.

Material changes may be communicated through additional means where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
